16. What kind of "HUGH" win?
Hugh McCall? Hugh Stevens? Hugh Jazz?

Will Hugh N. Crye be at the debate?

3. Let them keep setting the bar high for McCain and let him keep falling
flat on his face. They said the first debate would be his comfort zone because it was mostly dealing with foreign policy . Obama won it or if you want to be more generous to Mccain it was a draw. The town hall debate format was supposed to help McCain. Obama dominated that format too. They will try to prop up McCain but in the end nothing will help McCain.

4. Heh. They said the same thing the last time. What we've been seeing
IS the real McCain. He operates in dualities.

A few years ago he went public denouncing Cheney then after, went up to him on the Senate floor and apologized. Who outed McCain's two faces? Why Cheney himself.

That in a nutshell is how he operates everything and his campaign is an extension of his nonsense. There's nothing he can do to change that because it is fundamentally who he is. The audacious part is he thinks no one is looking.

5. Obama is smarter and healthier than McCain. Those advantages
will allow him to prevail tonight in the debate. Baring some sort of major criminality by the Republicans Obama will win the election.

19. Smarter, healthier and more compassionate to those with less than he has.
He's going to make a wonderful president. :)

6. Obama set McCain up nicely -

and has him pinned in a corner. McCain MUST come out swinging and go ugly about Ayers and whatever else to appease his base. He will show the nation what a nasty little man he really is. Obama will do what he's always done; stay cool, answer the questions and look presidential.

Checkmate.

8. They aren't willing to admit that we've already SEEN the real McLame. The man
is failing mentally and physically. He's not the same guy he was in 2000. Wake up!

9. So---the smart-arse, egocentric, bitter old man with a chip on his shoulder will show up tonight?

10. It's time everybody found out who the real John McCain is.
This meme, however, is a weak reach for a do-over. No matter what they inject him with tonight, it is unlikely to be a game-changer. It's pretty clear that most Americans don't want what he's selling.

they continue to underestimate Obama for whatever reason

12. Where was the "real" McCain all this time?
Which McCain will be our president if he's elected? This is just plain silly.

14. Remember when he was going to be the "Michael Phelps of the townhall format"
Obama handed him his ass, as he wandered like a lost man around the stage.

15. So which McCain would it be in the White House?
if he's having to reinvent himself for the umpteenth time, then it's obvious he is toast. To bad the media can't see what the American people see.

All Obama has to do is go out and do what he's been doing for 20 months, people like what they see in him.

at any given moment, perhaps you ought not be President.
