I Am Happy To Say

I voted today. It feels terrific and have true hope for the country. I have been in a long, dark, painful tunnel for 8 years, now there is some light at the end of it. :bounce:

My goodness, I just got the sample ballot here in Florida and we have 13 candidates. I don't even know 3/4 of these candidates.

11. our ballots drop....

on Thurs according to a text I got yesterday.
I can't wait to vote...

and see my 2 sons (18 and 22)vote for the first time.
I am so thankful that they have had this opportunity
to see the stark contrast between the choices...

and feel like their voting actually matters.

They both started out cynical about what good does it do...
it just gets stolen...(they witnessed my devastation the past two elections)
but have shifted to the "make sure it's a landslide so they can't" position.
