Acorn debunking
I have been looking around for something to debunk some of the emails I've seen concerning Acorn (I'd like to respond to them). I'm not finding anything other than the information on fightthesmears.com. I have checked out most of the fact checkers I know of (snopes, factcheck.org, washington post, etc) but found nothing. Does anyone have a link to a 3rd party fact checker specifically addressing this Acorn and Obama concern?

1. This should help
http://www.bradblog.com/?p=6512#more-6512

1) Nobody who filled out a bogus registration form will be able to vote as
a fictitious person or as mickey mouse.

2) Acorn themselves "flagged" the bad forms to let the BOEs know which
ones were bad .... by law they had to turn all the paperwork in even the bad ones.

3) Many of the US Attorneys fired from the DoJ by Gonzales and Rove were fired because they
would not file bogus charges of election/voter fraud against Acorn.

4) The bad registration forms were know months ago .... this is a 100% bullshit problem ....
there is nothing to the great Acorn is a scam operation story.

4. Problem is mainly this wsj article
http://online.wsj.com/article/SB122394051071230749.html

I have a feeling the response I'll get back to forms not being filed is that they are in the tank.
