"Say it to my face."
Obama is so smart, so smooth and he is so pulling McTroll in here. I'm sure I'm not the only person here to realize that if McTroll is actually dumb enough to respond to Obamas gentle goading, it gives Obama the knock out blow in the debate.

What's amazing, is McTroll actually responded to what both Obama and Joe said in rallies or in the press. He's taking the bait. There's no way Obama is going to ask a question he doesn't already know the answer to, and be sure, he has a killer answer all memorized and ready to go.

Go ahead McTroll, take that line and we'll enjoy watching Obama reel you in like the fish you are.

3. If McHate Takes The Bait... And I Hope He Does
This will be yet another reason why McSame shouldn't be president. That anger and stubborness is his achilles heel. As KO always says "McCain in the membrane"!

5. Obama may play the-
"You must be confused Senator McCain...." angle. Or hit him with "Aren't there more important issues..." bit.

There are a dozen deferent ways to play this right and knock him out.

4. he's all but committed to it, unfortunately for him!
They've laid the trap and he's willingly stepping into it. Obama's like a cat with a mouse--I love this! Politics at its best.

7. And it just shows how befuddled McTroll is by the way he walked into it.
I have to say, Obama has played it perfectly so far.

10. So true.
Usually, whenever I like a candidate they inevitably do one thing or another throughout the course of the campaign to make me winch, with Obama, I don't remember wincing even once.

6. McCain is in a no-win situation here
If he doesn't bring up Ayers, he appears even more weak to the people who are whipped into a frenzy over this (read: his base) and they are disappointed, probably irate. Obama and Biden then get the opportunity to wonder aloud, "I wonder why McCain doesn't want to say it my face, especially if he thinks its such a big deal?". This is a huge win for Obama.

If he does bring it up, Obama can respond in whichever way he chooses, set the issue to rest, and then destroy McCain for bringing it up. The narrative is then shifted to Obama's knockout blow, whatever that may be. This is a huge win for Obama.
