Music legend and North Carolina native James Taylor is planning a series of concerts across North Carolina to stump for Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama.

He will hold concerts in Charlotte, Asheville, Chapel Hill, Raleigh and Wilmington from Sunday, Oct. 19 through Tuesday, Oct. 21.
