Conservative Pac launches nasty ad in Colorado, Nevada and Michigan.
"America deserves better" yes it does, it deserves much better than this shit they're running.

By Ed O'Keefe
A California-based conservative political action committee called Our Country Deserves Better has started airing an ad in Colorado, Nevada and Michigan that, among other things, seeks to associate Barack Obama with terrorist leaders and groups. The ad is one of at least eight by the group that use a series of already-debunked claims that in some cases were previously raised by other groups -- and also broadcasts remarks by Obama's former pastor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, whom the McCain campaign has ruled off limits.

"Barack Obama seems to have different values from most Americans. His supporters put up Cuban flags with the murderer leftist Che Guevarra in Obama's campaign offices," an ad called "Wrong Values" states. "Obama's campaign received $33,000 in illegal donations from Palestinians living in the Middle East. A top official of the terrorist group Hamas endorsed Obama's campaign."

The ad then airs a clip of the Rev. Wright saying, "God damn America!"

The group's Web site states: "It's time someone stood up to Barack Obama and told the American people why this man cannot, and must not, serve as our next Commander-in-Chief."

The group has purchased ad time on either broadcast or cable stations in Colorado, Michigan and Nevada and may also expand to Ohio and Eastern Pennsylvania, according to group spokesman Joe Wierzbicki. The "Wrong Values" ad started airing Sunday night in Reno, Nevada.

"Michigan will remain the number one priority with our budget," Wierzbicki said, promising that for every new dollar the group raises in the coming weeks, "expect 50 cents of it to go to Michigan and then the remaining to be split on the other targeted states."

1. I can't speak for CO and NV, but I don't think it'll work in MI.
We've been completely ravaged by the bush* years and have no desire to help usher in 4 more. As I've read elsewhere, when you don't have food to put on your table you don't worry so much about another man's religion.

2. 50 cents of every dollar going to Michigan
Excellent, might I suggest that they spend the rest on ad buys in Connecticut, Vermont and Illinois? I'm sure that will be the best return on investment.

Assholes that run PACs are scum.
