5. Oh, okay....I didn't realize he had officially endorsed McCain...

so this is just part of the plan to distance McCain from Bush.

That makes sense. :)

I know Trump has always trashed Bush regarding Iraq, but if Trump is supporting McCain (he seems to like Palin), this makes more sense.
