15. I finally quit watching that show. I did for a while because of the guests they
had on but got where could not take Scarborough or Mika, they are too bad to watch. Also, I do not think it does any good to send them emails because Scarborough relishes those emails and it tells him we are watching.

6. She'll say whatever will get her ahead.
And these days, praising John McCain gets one ahead at MSNBC. That's why you have Brokaw, Gregory, Todd and Mika all tripping over themselves trying to kiss McCain's ass.

7. Mika is desperate to be considered a real political pundit.
Irrespective of her politics, her personal conduct on Morning Joke is as offensive to the cause of women professionals as is the silliness of Sarah Palin. Women over 40 who CONTINUE to play that high school girl routine are an embarrassment to all the thoughtful, hard working, insightful women in America who daily deliver the goods.

Look at Erin Burnett on CNBC. She is so solid as a business analyst, and is great on TV. She's much more attractive than Mika or Sarah, but you never see her using those silly school girl affectations.

9. Can't wait for her hopes to be crushed in three weeks.

She's a low information news personality, which makes Citizen Joe feel much, much better about himself. She also makes Willie Geist look like a genius, and that's not easy.

11. Glad I don't watch that crap
I see post after post about this "Mika" character - I don't even know for sure who it is, though I think I have an idea. Funny how we spend so much time talking about predictable partisans.

13. She always acts like an abused woman
when she is on with Joe. She has made me sick in her praise of McCain and Palin.

19. They keep saying that and based that on the republicans' primaries,
but they forget that it was an something which happened externally that brought him back. The republicans' 'winner takes all' also helped him. I think circumstances, not himself, earned him the nomination.Btw why couldn't he comeback in 2000.

All this 'strong when he is behind' is just like the town-hall bla bla noise made during the second debate.

21. Not for nothing, and maybe someone from AZ can confirm this--
has he ever faced a really tight, tough competition for Senate where he could be out-spent and out-maneuvered? Because I get the feeling, just based on some of the sloppy, dumb stuff I've seen this campaign, he may not have had to work for it lately, and like others have pointed out, it was more like his GOP oponents wiped out or cancelled out each other more than he pulled out some victory in the primary.

I don't know where the "good when he's down" idea could come from beyond, um, futiley putting on a good face so some people looking at him in a kind of benign light will think he tried really hard. And he has a chance to do well--but I don't think he will by going negative like some people have anticipated. I know of few situations in which a person ever says, "Say that to my face" without thinking of a knockout.
