NEW YORK--Barack Obama will wind up a nearly two-year quest for the White House in Chicago, with an election night celebration--probably outdoors, maybe Grant Park--in the city where he lives and where his national campaign is headquartered.

5. Just wait for the cool coat he'll be wearing if he's elected....
... on inaugural day .... if Michelle can talk him in to getting a new one. :)

Gonna be some sharp looking Obama's that day.

Personally, I'm hoping for a cool hat as well. A Fedora perhaps? lol

22. might be cold. might be nice. there will be so many people out there that
it will stop "the hawk", i think. it really isn't likely to be freezing. even in december, we have nice days. it doesn't get horrible till january.

and i can promise you that no one will care how cold it is.

9. For those of us up north, the weather on November 4th could be a beautiful fall evening.
November Chicago Weather

* Average High Temperature: 47°F (8°C)
* Average Low Temperature: 32°F (0°C)

In January we would love to have a day like that up here.

21. For those of us that have lived in SoCal nearly all of our lives,
anything below 65 F and we're breaking out the thermalwear and thick coats.

17. Come On Out...First Round Is On Me...
I can already see Millenium and Grant Park full of partyin' people. The weather should be fine...50's...and who'll care! This night is sure to mean a lot to Chicago and if Senator Obama is successful, damn straight I'll be there. Maybe we can try, yet again, for another Chicago DU meet-up.

Cheers...
