My take on the ACORN smear:

Republicans know they're going to lose and they're out with these voter fraud smears to instill doubts on the legitimacy of the results. If Obama wins by just one or two states, there could be a pile of lawsuits ending in the SCOTUS. That's why an EV landslide is crucial to avoid any attempt at fraud, voter supression, or the supreme court picking the president again.

As he did during an interview last evening. That voter registration fraud does not end up as voter fraud, that simple. Non-existent people will not be going to the polls this November. Yes that means that Elvis will not be voting either.

3. And to add a bit more on this...
Registering a live person 50 times doesn't mean jack shit if the person votes ONE time. But from my understanding, most of these registrations were of dead people, inanimate objects (the Dallas Cowboys), or fake people.
