1. We did here in Ga. last week. 2 votes for Obama, Martin (goodby Saxby!)
and we voted for all the other Dems on the ballot too.

9. Went to the auditors office in Iowa two weeks ago
the auditor is a rpub and I like to make sure she sees me vote. I like to twist the screws a bit.

13. Because of the flooding, the Cedar Rapids city/county offices are in Westdale Mall which made it
pretty damn easy.

Maybe they should keep the offices there, otherwise it is just deserted.

17. the auditor in Muscatine made it difficult - took us a half-hour
When I took some registrations into Iowa City the other day they were so helpful and nice and really set up to help people vote. The difference between a republican and a democratic auditor.

21. Mine was easy as Pie. We have a Dem auditor.
The word "pie" now makes me think of Obama. :)

8. I ended up doing straight ticket, too
Usually I vote for a Green or two, but except for McKinney, they didn't have anyone on the ballot this year.

Just yesterday, I cast my early votes for Obama/Biden, Durbin, and the rest of the Dems on the ticket. I used a touch-screen ballot with a paper trail.

Despite what so many people have said about electronic voting, I like to think the paper trail helped make my vote count! :patriot:
