Gosh, I didn't think anyone noticed.

On the plus side, I had a killer job interview this afternoon--if all works out, I won't be stuck in front of my home computer anymore.

I just noticed a tone of real worry today. You posted about worrying about "Joe, the plumber", right?

And then you posted about Intrade being a predictor of where the polls will be in two days?

It just felt to me like you're stressing out and looking for affirmation.

Please forgive my psycho-analysis. It's a bad habit.

10. Yes and yes. No matter how much I think he's got this in the bag...

...something pops up to make me less sure--a bad poll, a new mccain curveball, etc. And only a few days ago, I thought there was NO way he could possibly lose!

I think I'm going to take a few days off of DU and the News in general. Load up on movies, hang out with friends, wait for my phone call from the guys I just interviewed with.

14. I can relate...

I will probably be a mess by election day. I voted absentee and just have to mail it in.

I'm leaving tomorrow for Nevada for the Drive for Change. If I'm not working on something every weekend I feel like I've failed. Last weekend I had the flu and didn't go out to register voters. This weekend I'll be ok because I'll be volunteering...but voter registration ends 10/20 here in California so I'm done when I get back Sunday.

I just hope everyone votes and helps in any way they can to get Obama elected. We have to try and stay positive, work for Obama and VOTE.
