Poll question: Do you believe that anyone is 'undecided?'
CNN keeps trotting out these fools who just can't seem to make up their minds between Obama and Bush III. My take is that, if you haven't been able to decide by now, then you're either lying, insane, or entirely uninformed. Or, as a fourth option, you might just want to say that you're undecided because you think that it makes you interesting, in some sort of half-assed contrarian way.

Your thoughts?

1. Of course there are undecideds.
The bulk of the nation is not as insanely obsessed with politics as we are.

3. No
No. Period. And this year most of the undecided will break for McCain or sit it out. I think undecideds are not undecided. They are leaners and usually heavily but silently leaning. Folks lie.

Statistically, there are a bunch who make up their minds on Election Day
McSame is banking that the vast majority of these folks break his way -- it is his last best chance.

6. You have got to be kidding?
How stupid shallow and uninformed do you have top be to be undecided at this point. You know what...If you are undecided at this point, maybe you are just better off not voting. Seriously...if you have yet to see the vast difference between the GOP and the Democratic Party, then politics and voting is definitively not for you. If you have still not figured it out, then maybe you should just give up....do us all a favor and stay home on November 4th.

My 2 cents...

9. Some voters don't pay attention until the last month & some are indecisive.
That means there are always a few percentage who just can't make up their damn minds, because they're ill informed and bad at making decisions.

You know that friend who can never make up their mind when you're trying to order? No matter how many times you've been to that restaurant, no matter how well they know the menu, or how long they've looked at the menu, they'll still be trying to decide when everyone else is growing weary of waiting for said dolt to make up their fucking mind?!

These people are the same way when it comes to voting.

14. Yes, of course
And while some may be lying, insane, or entirely uninformed, I certainly don't think that's the case with all of them.

16. Fact my Mom is undecided is a very good thing.
Mom is what I call a progressive libertarian at heart. She thinks we should do the most good for as many people as possible with the money we spend, but also thinks people who can do for themselves should. She does not believe government is always the answer and thinks local control is generally better.

She tries very hard to be an informed voter but the good lord did not see fit to make her suspicious of everything she sees and hears. If the media hammers day and night that Obama was raised in a school that trains muslim terrorists and spent 20 years in a church that hates white people and started his campaign in the livingroom of a terrorist then that's hard for her to shake off. Once it got deposited in her brain it's there to stay. Mom is also a flag waver of the first order and McCain's POW creds carry big weight with her. Big.

So the fact Mom is undecided is a VERY VERY good sign for us.

18. People in comas, people who have been stranded on desert islands...
...people who have been locked in the basement for several years.
They may be undecided.
Everybody else either knows who they are going to vote for, or is such a complete braindead idiot that they really should just stay home and not vote at all.
Ever.
