If it really concerns you, a cursory look through YouTube's help section would lead you to how to report a problem. Better yet, just read other responses in this thread that link to the complaint page. :eyes:

In the ten minutes in between my original post and my post with the YouTube complaint link, I was actually on the YouTube site, looking for a general complaint form and reporting it through there. As soon as I reported, I posted the link. So again I say, you could have done the same instead of waiting for someone else to walk you through the process.

You can report a video or avatar (as suggested in OP) but this link will allow you to report this as hate speech.

If they were funny, they might have managed to pull this off, but a lot of the content is just plain incitement to violence, which certainly does not classify as protected speech.
