5. He's already said he won't stay if the Democrat wins the WH
The role of DNC chair changes when the Democrats are in power. I really want to see him as HHS Secretary. I always saw the Surgeon General as more of a ceremonial position, without any real authority. As HHS Secretary, he can have a significant influence on health policy for everyone.

6. He won't stay there forever.
And when he leaves the DNC, I hope he is set up in a position that gives him a good lead into the 2016 elections.

8. He's not going to stay in his position after Obama wins
DNC becomes the political arm of the White House when your party has the incumbent President and so he wouldn't be able to determine strategy and such anymore.
