The Human Skin Wrinkles

This election is more than a mandate for change. This election represents a fundamental shift away from the group of right-wing crazies that have always been with us, but have only in the last few decades regained power sufficient to set the world ablaze in trauma. The human skin wrinkles at their ascendancy, and is ready to throw them off.

When they attempt to steal this election (which they are already doing in places like WV where votes are being shifted right in front of voters eyes), the overwhelming surge that is the will of the American people will expose their efforts for the weak sham that they represent. As details of this group's attempted theft of the election are exposed, we're going to see them in the blaring light of modern communications. They will be stripped bare before us all.

We must be ready for the fight over this election. The crazies who have been working for over 50 years, starting with McCarthy, running through Nixon, into Reagan, Bush, and Bush again, grasp desperately to their fading influence. And in the actinic glare of Obama's authenticity, intelligence, and supporting millions, humanity will be able to see these manipulators, these foes of Democracy, these failed humans, as they truly are, rather than as they shape themselves for the cameras, and newspapers, and radio audiences.

Actions speak louder than words. And while these minions of totalitarianism work in their usual dishonest ways, the rest of us...have moved on. Their tricks no longer have the power to sway reality. They play to their dwindling audience, as millions of people draw back from the brink, and choose freedom, instead of economic slavery. Their voices grow ever more shrill as their attempts to smear reality into the darkness they desire, fails to take root, and slips away, making them more dangerous, even as they grow weaker and less relevant.

Be vigilant. Be strong. Be loud. And don't forget to vote.
