The Record (Stockton, California)
The Canton Repository (Canton, Ohio)
The Wisconsin State Journal (Madison, Wisconsin)
The San Bernardino County Sun (San Bernardino, California)
The Express-Times (Easton, Pennsylvania)
The Chicago Tribune (Chicago, Illinois)
The Denver Post (Denver, Colorado)
The Salt Lake Tribune (Salt Lake City, Utah)
Bangor Daily News (Bangor, Maine)
Yamhill Valley News-Register (Yamhill, Oregon)
Daily News (New York, New York)
The Houston Chronicle (Houston, Texas)
The Plain Dealer (Cleveland)*
Naples Daily News (Naples, Florida)
Yakima Herald-Republic (Yakima, Washington)
Austin American-Statesman (Austin, Texas)
Asbury Park Press (Asbury Park New Jersey)

*The Plain Dealer endorsed no candidate in 2004, but backed Bush in 2000.

The only paper so far to switch from Kerry to McCain is the Newport News Daily Press (Newport News, Virginia).

1. I suspected the NY Daily News would endorse Obama
They're more RW than I like but hardly dogmatic. And they have some good columnists. It's nothing like the NY Post, which I haven't paid money for since IIRC 1974, when Dorothy Schiff sold it to Murdoch.
