19. A proper goodbye
I think that's one thing he regrets about his mother's death; he wasn't there at the end.

My two cents anyway.

20. That grandma is going to be proud of him NO MATTER WHAT, but
I agree, to see him become the President of these United States is something I know that she wants to see so very much!

May she do well and live long.

21. Oh no:( It doesn't sound good at all - positive thoughts for grandma
Edited on Mon Oct-20-08 08:05 PM by DeschutesRiver
There is no way he'd cancel events unless he thought he may never see her again. I so hope his grandma can hang on long enough to see him elected president.

He is simply a good man to do this, esp. at such a critical time for his campaign. A man with his values in the right place, and a heart as big as Kansas.

I am going to send another donation in honor of the good man his grandma raised. This one is for you, Grandma Dunham (Obama). If you can't be here for the election in person, safe journey and be watching from the stars.

You gave us a gift for which we will be forever grateful.

24. Pray
Please everyone pray that she is able to see him elected on Nov 4th. My heart and prayers go out to Obama. I myself was raised by my grandmother so I know his mind is on her right now.

I hope McSame respect this and not go negative.
