The ATTACK:

Here's a picture of my face before the attack....



And HERE is a picture of my face after the attack. It was awful.. first the mascara came at me out of nowhere.... then the dark purple eyeshadow mixed with the moss green eyeshadow and they were to strong for me to stop them. When the dark brown eyeliner came around the corner.. well, I KNEW it was a racist attack. It's never the "clear" eyeliner that does this sort of thing.

After I was already down and out.. barely able to see... lip-liner showed up and put a big "B" on my face to make sure I knew that I was attacked because I was considering wearing Bobbi Brown makeup, and not MAC.



I'll be OK... but it's gonna be a long time before I wear makeup again. I mean.. really - chapstick is intimidating to me right now.

next time I decide to fake a mugging by makeup, I will hit walgreens on the way home first - to ensure that I have the absolutely correct look. I'll pay in cash, and wear sunglasses so there can be no trace later.. ;)

I didn't notice it until I went to post the pictures.... but when you look at her pic, you see that it's her right eye that was blackened. When I looked into the mirror and did the same thing.. i did what I thought was the correct eye based on what I remembered from the pic online... but you always forget that what you see in the mirror is backwards.

That's why her "B" is backwards... until someone takes a pic of you, you forget what it really looks like. The B on my cheek sure looked right in the mirror... ;)

He's totally bald - he actually looks like that guy. I hadn't come up with a costume yet... but I think I have one now. :) Perfecto!

Seriously - my husband is going as Joe the Plumber for halloween, because he's totally bald, and his name really is Joe. He's wearing a grey sweatshirt and jeans with work boots, a tool belt, plunger, and a white t-shirt on under the sweatshirt that has McCain / Palin stickers all over it.

It never occured to me to go as this.. i'm totally doing it. This is PERFECT...
