I am enjoying the October Surprises the GOP is giving us
I can't wait to see what shakes out in the Friday news dump.

1. No kidding; can they be any more inept? And who in their right
mind would want this nightmare running this country?

2. It's like we passed through some wormhole of truthiness
or they just can't contain their stupidity anymore.

6. I'm not getting much done today
My addiction to DU is becoming unmanageable and I fear it will only get worse until our long national nightmare is truly over.

4. Someone at DKos was saying they want to take the focus off...
the lower state elections where they want to try to keep seats in the legislature to fight Obama.

By only focusing on the election they figure the turnout will be less for the ones who go to vote for the state candidates.

If we can keep the focus of the fights on the presidential election, and just a few Obama supporters don't bother voting because of it, it doesn't matter if its in the open or not - we're going to loose the presidential election without question. But in a lot of places, just a few less votes allows us to hang on to congressional seats and, more importantly, win some state-level elections.
