Plouffe gives some straight talk on PA
The Obama camp manager says McCain would have to win 15% of the Democratic vote, 95% of the Republican and 60% of the independent vote to take the battleground.

"It's a daunting task when you kind of wipe away the spin here and look at the facts."

Adds that even though the stats don't look good for their rival, they'll continue to match their campaigning effort in the state.

4. Plouffe is a total badass wunderkind!
He's the perfect field general for Barack.

I wonder what he does after November 4. Does he become the latest/greatest campaign manager/consultant (a Trippi with actual success)? Or does he assume an advisory position in an Obama administration?

5. Obama loves Plouffe...he's getting a gig in the White House
Axelrod is the one who doesn't want to take a 'Karl Rove' type of gig in the WH. I think Axelrod will just stay in the private sector and make a shitload of $$$$.

6. You know, I don't think I've ever seen a picture of him before.
I just did google. He certainly stays behind the scenes, while Axelrod is always out in front of the cameras.

Anyway, the two of them are fantastic.

7. And McCain wont even get the 95% of Repubs he needs.
Let alone the 60% of Indies and 15% of Dems.
