I went to his rally here in Vegas today. I ended up just standing and listening from outside since there was still a line a mile long after he already started speaking. I heard there was something like 18 thousand people there.

and says I hope the cameras are catching that...

Watching CNN live feed, where just a little earlier at a Palin rally, the cameras panned the entire audience, focusing on signs and people doing Palin-ite things.

For Obama however, the cameraman has a stick neck. We'll never know just how many people in that audience raised their hands to answer the $250k question.

Sometimes it sucks being liberal.

47. I can't say enough good things about this man. He's absolutely right on.

This country has suffered for the lack of a leader like this man.

He talks about sacrifice. This is crucial. Most have been afraid to mention that word. Or when he said that people need to turn off the lights when they leave a room. This is not trivial. This was the way I was raised as a child. But most people, no, most Americans, don't see things this way. And it's why we're in the mess we're in. I've said "less, slower", and Obama is going to bring change that we need. And I'm not paraphrasing him. It's just the way it is.
