When will Dems start whup Repug ass 4 halting antiterror efforts pre 9/11?

We KNOW they dismantled the counterterrorism efforts, yet they keep claiming that the Dems "did nothing"! Pre-outed David Drier was just on Olberman repeating it AGAIN!

1. I think Cheney just gave them permission
The campaign should bring up the Hart/Rudman report that no one in the admin paid attention to. Also they should point out that Cheney was appointed to lead the "War on terrorism" in the middle of his secret energy policy. He never had a meeting.

HAH...

Bush/Cheney were so soft on terror THAT THEY LET THE WORST ATTACK IN US HISTORY OCCUR WHILE BUSH TOOK A VACATION.
