... Wednesday is fundies' evening for prayer meetings and adult Bible study.

The people who need to see this the most are going to be otherwise occupied.

The issue isn't entirely that Bush didn't do what he was supposed to do--that can be chalked up to youthful indiscretion. The issue now is that he's still lying about it.

Had this information come to light four years ago, Bush wouldn't be out clearing brush on the "ranch" for the cameras. He'd be watching it grow.
