Speaking of the debates, remember Kerry's SECRET WEAPON!
Bush's notoriously THIN SKIN! By debate time it won't take much for Kerry to fluster *, who hates any kind of criticism or sense that he is "being made fun of". Depending on how much * is doped up on Xanax, I wouldn't be surprised to see him blow his stack if he feels cornered.

1. What, the fact that Kerry can talk?
and shrub can't?

Oh yeah, the temper. It is going to be a tricky balance for shrub's handlers. They have to get the dosage just right, so that his temper is controlled but he doesn't fall down.

2. The not so secret weapons are brains and the ability to speak in
clear, understandable sentences.

3. Kerry should change the subject and get Smirky off his prepared script...
and then Georgie will be toast...

4. Bush uses the same canned answers.
All Kerry needs to do is prepare responses to Bush's standard talking points (very easy...they are the same every time), and then get him off the script

5. Oooh, I'm getting excited
just visualizing Chimpy throwing a fit after Kerry asks him if Laura tied his shoes that morning or did she teach him how to do it all by himself.

I need to get a life.

6. Absolutely!
Bush will challenge Kerry with that "just give me a yes or no!" crap that he did over Iraq.

Kerry needs to challenge back, "George, Yes or No, do you really think the American people are going to keep believing your lies?"

7. Assuming the Kerry campaign plays hardball and doesn't allow
Rove to structure the debates like we had last time. I still cringe when I think of Jim Lehrer lecturing Al Gore about the debate rules.

I don't think Kerry will make that mistake. If Baker and Rove try to manipulate the debates, I hope Kerry tells them to shove it.

8. ALL JK would need to do was "slip up " and call him an idiot
just once. One fucking time. chimp would lose it. He might take a look at the movie "The Candidate" when Crocker Jarman loses his temper during the debate.

9. Al Gore tried that in 2000
& it didn t work.

I think you underestimate Shrub...he is not as informed as Kerry, he does not have the vocabulary of Kerry, but people like his plain spoken approach.

And Americans are so ill informed that Shrub can tell any lie, & they will buy it.

Heard today that 40% of Americans still believe Saddam or Iraq had something to do with 9/11.

Pretty difficult to combat ignorance.
