I want a Constitutional Amendment!!
I want a Constitutional Amendment for Presidential debates!

If someone is running for President they MUST be required to participate in a MINIMUM of three debates. There should also be a MINIMUM of two Vice Presidential debates.

This can only serve the people of the United States of America! I say if you want to be the leader of the free world you better have the guts to face the American people and show them what you are made of!

1. May I add a friendly amendment?
They must have no idea of the questions ahead of time.

Questions will be drawn out of a rotating barrel, like they use for picking contest winners, and both candidates will answer each of say, ten questions. Then ten randomly chosen audience members will get to ask questions.

(BTW,it's okay if a questioner or two is loony. How a candidate handles hecklers and loonies is indicative of his/her character and ability to think quickly. I was most impressed at the way Dennis Kucinich handled an anti-choice fanatic when he spoke in Minneapolis in March.)

Any person running for national office must undergo medical and psychological screenings (including a brain scan) by an partisan balanced group of doctors, whos findings will be made public. Further, while in office, they must repeat this examination yearly.

Edit for tippo.
