How to get affordable health care is a national question. Reduce redundant administrative costs is one answer. But, in Des Moines, there are many good payin' jobs, jobs, jobs, jobs, jobs, jobs, jobs, moving that paper.

1. Iowa
Yes, there are a lot of insurance positions here, but Polk Co (Des Moines metro) will go for Kerry. The rest of Iowa is in the tank. Kerry should be everywhere in Iowa except Des Moines.

The biggest obstacle to winning Iowa is our inept, ass of a governor Tom Vilsack who has split our state's democratic party and sided with repukes on giving away $100 million to the likes of Wells Fargo while taking back workers' compensation benefits from our state's most injured workers and passing other tort deform called "economic regulatory reform."

Vilsack has to go and Kerry should be careful to keep his distance from him.
