1. That's been one of my points.
Running a school district, I'm acutely aware of the needs we face. It's hard to see new schools being built in Iraq (and rightly so, since we knocked them down), when I can't get ANY funding for capital expenditures at all.

2. I hear you, my Daughter has to pay so much more for my grandsons
education and can't afford the after school program. I hate that. It's a complete disgrace.
