Summary: people concerned about long lines need to get a life, you always have to wait in life for things, and if people are specifically disenfranchised due to long lines because they can't miss work, it's not a problem, because everyone knows that Philly votes 5-1 democratic. That is seriously what this guy said.

1. We have gotten so use to incompetent, Republicon, governance
that even Democratic administrators are justifying their own incompetence. That's really what is happening here. Casual incompetence and laziness hiding behind hubris.

Just another bush legacy - government doesn't have to function smoothly, no matter what the consequences to the general public.

4. It's not just him. The person who appointed him
said that if you can wait in a long line to get a Philly's ticket, you can wait in a line to vote. Except for that pesky little fact that people WORK on Tuesday and can't afford to take half a day off.

3. I hate these fools who seem to think votes cancel each other out instead of add up.
