Republicans have NEVER cut taxes.
They have only shifted the burden. It is more of a tax shift.

The tax cut for the rich is paid for by the middle class and our children. A true tax cut wouldn't have to be covered by raising taxes elsewhere...and wouldn't have to be covered by borrowing money.

Make sure this point is heard.

The Republicans have made upper income Americans into the largest welfare recipients in the history of the world.
