Presumably he meant "money for body armor and parts.

EVERYONE in my office is voting democrat. Today I played the OBGYN clip from Keith's show and they were in stitches... and then the life-long republican SRO told me that he was voting Kerry too... not that the clip swayed him, mind you, but it WAS a nice conversation starter. Now if I can just get my life-long democrat boss to vote for Kerry, we'll be doing fine.
