They have a sign-up sheet and everything! If you're going to try to pull off a Heavenly fillibuster you have to have this shit pretty organized, I guess.......

(snip)

Please enter into our election process and let ALL the candidates of your choice be the ones carried to Victory. Place the Light of your Wisdom and Illumination upon all of our people. If there are those who are seeking to divide our people from the inner knowledge of your laws and Will, cut them free and let them be moved to vote according to thy purpose and the highest good for this nation.

We ask that you would intercede into the entire matter of the possible vote fraud which we see displayed on our TV sets. We ask that in the face of this darkness, you will shine the Light and render any and all violations of the sanctity of our ballot boxes ineffective. Place your hand on the shoulder of those poll workers and others who might be tempted or even have intentions to overlook or even participate in underhanded activities with those ballots.

Blessed Father, send your angels to overshadow our entire nation in the days to come. Especially, Father, we ask that you will intercede in the consciousness, being and world of your precious children who have been manipulated into feeling such anger, frustration, anxiety, and injustice toward this country - so much so, that they threaten rioting and violence if they do not get their way. Heavenly Father, bless these and all of your children in this nation with the gift of Divine Unity.

freepers are funny!

20. The "Presidential Prayer Team" is doing the same shit!
So sick of bible beating asshole saying "Gawd put Bush in office" then they will turn around and piss on Obama.

I bet the liars who run the Presidential Prayer Team will shut it down at 12 noon on Jan 20, 2009!

13. As a Christian who believes in prayer, I personally don't think God listens to the prayers of the
evil unless they are asking for Salvation, and praying for McSame to win is not praying for salvation. Oh, and God doesn't pray for football players to score touchdowns either, I'm sure he'd rather they do good deeds than spout words. Especially when they are rich from those words. Just like Freepers.

16. If Obama wind by a landslide, we must be sure to point this out to them -
"It is God's Will, per your prayer that has delivered this nation from the Republican darkness."

I'm sure that would make them feel better.....

or not.

Happy Tuesday.

17. Oh, you know how the religious get around that one.
Something good happens to them: "It's God's will, God thinks I'm special, God saved me from the plane crash (and screw those victims who died! God doesn't think they're special, apparently.)

Something bad happens to them: "God has his reasons. It is not ours to question God. God will reveal his plan later."

28. of course.
Our argument then becomes that Obama is the tool of God's will. It's His will that their screws get a little looser.

15. So... God only grants wishes if enough people beg hard enough?
What kind of God is that?

Doesn't anybody ever consider what God wants? Maybe he doesn't want McPain in the White House. If that's the case, what are they going to do come Wednesday morning when God didn't answer their incessant begging and pleading?

24. What Will Sarah Palin Say?
In her interview with James Dobson, Sarah Palin said something to the effect that she knew that God would put the right person into the White House.

After Obama wins on Tuesday, I'd like to remind her of that statement and tell her that if there is a God, it looks like He made the right choice. I'd like to ask her in person, so I could see the blank look that passed across her eyes.
