I've been getting tons of emails, calls, and txts from Obama
giving me directions on how I can phone bank and make a difference in the GOTV effort!

I'm loving this! I've signed up for Monday and Tuesday. It is just great that they are using the database of contacts and really trying to capitalize on the excitement! 2 More days. Wow.

1. AZ is a battleground state!
Just got back from phone banking within AZ instead of calling out to New Mexico which was all we were doing here until a few days ago. The jefe of the phone bank said " Yes, we're a battleground state now". :toast:

2. How did that go?
I'm planning on doing some phone banking tomorrow and have never done it before. How were your calls received?

4. We were calling "virgins"
Almost none of these people had been called before, since AZ was not considered "in play" 'til now. They were "thought" to be democrats or independents. Most were plesant; some were delirously happy, one person hung up, one shrieked that she "loved Sarah & was voting for Sarah" all in all satisfying and not stressful. Bring your own cell phone. Enjoy!!

3. My phone has been blowing UP! So many Obama people calling about GOTV.
I keep telling them I have already signed up! I will be there! I WILL! BUt they keep calling.
