Freedom of information requests? :bluebox: Invoke "national security" LOUDLY and OFTEN.

Pass laws requiring oversight, auditing or accountability by the Executive branch? :bluebox: Draw up a Signing Statement.

Congressional Subpoenas? :bluebox: Don't make me laugh.

So you see, it wouldn't be hard to brush off even the most serious charges.

The modern-day American President is bulletproof, if you go by the precedents set by GW Bush.
