Ted Stevens on CNN is giving me a good laugh

He just told a CNN reporter that he's not "convicted" until he's exhausted his appeals. Then the reporter reported that Stevens laughed at the suggestion he might go to prison. "Only guilty people go to prison," he apparently said.

Never give up, never surrender! Arrr, there swims the great white whale--yarrrr!!!

Hey Mrstevens, there are lots of people in prison who are waiting for appeals, who say they are innocent. Some are, but still, there they are.

Without it, he'll be going behind bars after his sentencing in February.
