Counting early, and absentee votes.
Have those already been counted? Seeing as there was such a huge amount of early voting this year are today's votes just being added on top of the already tabulated early and absentee votes? I figure there might be a delay with mail in votes being counted, but seems the early in person votes should already be known. Anybody know?

I'm really interested of the impact of these votes being counted in advance and if they're being included in the decision to call a state for a candidate.

1. Depends on the state, and in some cases local jurisdiction

In Colorado paper mail-in ballots are being scanned as they come in and after signature verification, but will be tallied (at least in Denver) just after the polls close. Provisional ballots, no.
