1. He is as ethical as you can get as proven by his track record as a US Attorney who refused to play the Bush Crony Rove dirty tricks game.
2. He is the person that the movie " A few good men" was written about.
3. He would redeem the reputation of all real Mexican American lawyers that Alberto trashed as a role model. Alberto, I do not recall, Gonzales needs to needs to be disbarred for lying to congress at a minimum!
4. He is Republican that would make him a Bipartisan cabinet appointee!

My sister agreed with me and she should know since she has been practicing law since 1974 and just retired from her three year term on the State Bar Board of Governors.

25. Better yet a proven true American Jurist as Iglesias could appoint an independent counsel to get
convictions on the DOJ Gate! Notice I say appoint as he would not be able to touch the case and have to recuse himself from anything to do with it being an injured party to the Bush Dept of In-justice.

7. I think Fitzgerald would be decent. He seems to be fairly independent.
But I would really like for Napolitano to be AG too. I would also like for her to get a senate seat as well. I can't make up my mind. I can actually see her being president one day too.
