Who helped set up Obama's trip to Mideast and Europe last summer?

Not who went WITH him, but, who went AHEAD of him and set up the smooth introduction of Obama in some key regions?

There could be some clues in there as to who will be tapped by Obama for high level cabinet posts.

Travel schedules of some key candidates shouldn't be too difficult to track.

3. He was WITH Obama at some stops...but, did he help SET UP the trip?

I don't think so. But...For what it's worth....I think Hagel will get some position.
