When he's on a marine helicopter, that aircraft gets Marine One. When Bushie did his little photo op in the Navy S-3, that flight was designated Navy One. The Army gets Army One. Many of them used to be military pilots, and have thousands of hours of airline flying in addition to their military experience. A good civilian pilot is every bit as capable as a good military pilot. I wouldn't worry a bit about Obama and Biden not having access to government aircraft for now.

The military already has numerous aircraft for moving VIP's about as I mentioned elsewhere including a Gulfstream and two 757's. I'm sure he will travel on one of these.
