The company that makes "Obama Waffles" slightly redeems itself
West Wing Waffles (http://obamawaffles.com) hit both sides of the ballot this year.

We all know about Obama Waffles...the nearly racist waffle mix that supposedly offers "change you can taste." They also have "Mooseburger Helper."

Mooseburger Helper is supposedly "locked and loaded with flavor!" It contains Snowflake-shaped and Moose-shaped pasta with real Wisconsin cheddar cheese sauce. Just add a pound of moose meat (or hamburger if you're out of moose) for the perfect moose, mac and cheese treat.

It doesn't make up for the stridently anti-Obama tone of the rest of their website, but it's still cute.

4. No redemption there AT ALL
All they did was try to temporize the blatant racism and Muslim-smearing with a jab at Palin. Nothing in "Mooseburger Helper" disparages Palin's character, race, gender or religion in any way; in fact, she'd probably get a kick out of it.

Meanwhile, Obama Waffles are nothing but the blatant, nasty smear they've always been.
