Poll question: Should I Be Concerned?
There are more McCain/Palin signs in my neighborhood than Obama/Biden ones.

1. In our neighbood, it was about 10:1, McCain/Obama.
The funny thing is that all of the McCain ones are gone and the few Obama ones are still up!

2. Mccain/Palin sign owners are in need of catharsis
Main Entry:
ca·thar·sis Listen to the pronunciation of catharsis
Pronunciation:
\kə-ˈthär-səs\
Function:
noun
Inflected Form(s):
plural ca·thar·ses Listen to the pronunciation of catharses \-ˌsēz\
Etymology:
New Latin, from Greek katharsis, from kathairein to cleanse, purge, from katharos
Date:
circa 1775

1: purgation2 a: purification or purgation of the emotions (as pity and fear) primarily through art b: a purification or purgation that brings about spiritual renewal or release from tension3: elimination of a complex by bringing it to consciousness and affording it expression
-------------------

May I suggest Mccain/Palin sign owners wrestle in the nude, in a giant pool of multi-colored kindergarten poster paints - That'd take care of the art portion of the definition.

Follow the above with wild orgies in fairy forests (or Stonehenge) - That'd take care of the release of tension, pity and fear.

Top it all off with the afflicted sign owners taking a box of Ex-Lax (super duper, maximum strength) - as a means of complete elimination. If they don't feel spiritually renewed then they'll certainly feel 25 pounds lighter.

3. I'd be concerned
Freepers lower property values faster than crack houses.

5. Were they there prior to last Tuesday?

There is a subspecies of RWers that are known to have a little trouble with the concept of time.

Perhaps you should leave notes on the McC/P signs reminding them to vote last Tuesday.

Edit: if possible, get video of the reactions...

8. I am always "concerned" when confronted with a McCain/Palin supporter
but not with the yard signs.

Is that a "maybe"?
