Need a star?
Edited on Wed Nov-12-08 02:12 PM by FLDem5
I tried this once, but no one responded, so I'll offer again...

I will donate in the screenname of the poster with the best answer to this question:

Why should I pay $19.95 for a Sonic Scrubber? Isn't it just an electric toothbrush?

4. It's the same technology as the toothbrush, but a different application.
the sonic scrubber is designed specifically for the skin whereas the sonic toothbrush is designed for both teeth and gums.

So while they are similar devices, there are specific applications in the design of both.

If I win, give the star to someone who doesn't have one.

8. Here is my answer =)
You should buy a sonic scrubber to stimulate the economy! From the looks of it, the Sonic Scrubber is not *just* an electric toothbrush. As a matter of fact, it is an electric brush that can help you clean kitchens and bathrooms....even help you detail your car. At the end of the day though, I suppose you COULD even save money on toothbrushes with it! No need to get in there and use those biceps when you can spend $19.95 for a little brush action. Consider it a ...Sonic Bailout...you know...sure the product is crap and everything, but what about the people Sonic employs. It's not their fault! :smoke:

9. Because without useless gadgets the toothbrush industry would decay.
If the toothbrush industry fails, what will happen to the toothpaste industry? It'll rot away.

If the toothbrush industry in danger then both it and the mouthwash companies would be at risk and need checkups at least every six months or so.

Pretty soon the entire oral hygiene market could be looking to the government for financial veneers.

That is unless public outcry forced congress to vote for a total removal of board members and new ones put in.

12. A beautiful smile
is a terrible thing to waste. If you start having dental problems, it will cost a heck of a lot more to fix. It's a solid investment in the future of your teeth.

15. The sonic scrubber is more than just an electric toothbrush
Besides cleaning your teeth, sonic scrubbers are great tools for cleaning a variety of outdoor items. Not only are they ten to fifty times more powerful than a garden hose, they use up to 80% less water. Need to blast the old chipped paint off your deck? Need to remove those stubborn oil spots from your garage floor? The sonic scrubber!! But before you go run out and buy one of these monsters, here's what else it can do:

In Japan, hands are used like a knife, but you can’t cut a tomato with them! The answer? The sonic scrubber!! It slices, it dices, and it cleans with fine precision of a lazer!

If you order now, we'll include not one but two sonic scrubbers!! That's two sonic scrubbers for $19.95. But wait, there's more! If you need to DRY your teeth, deck, or patio furnature, you'll also get the amazing Super Shami! This super absorbent miracle cloth is a wonder of modern science and is much more than simply the most advanced synthetic chamois available on the market today.

Operators are standing by! Call now!

16. If you use your imagination, I am sure you can come up with other uses....
posting a fun one will get this post deleted (as it did once in the past).

Honestly, the only reason is that it is fun to use and may help someone brush for longer.
