And now, from the "exercise in futility" department...
I just submitted my application for a job in the Obama-Biden Administration. I fully expect nothing to come from this, but one never knows.

2. Well, I'm an attorney
And frankly, I'd work wherever they'd want to put me. But even if it were scheduling Michelle's hair appointments in the White House, I'd do it!

3. Me Too. I've been an attorney for almost thirty years. Got a great
job, but I wrote in too.

5. Good for you
I had to leave my job earlier this year due to herniated discs, but I think I've healed enough now to work again. At least I know what to do if I have pain.

6. I am recommending this post.
It would be wonderful if DUers were working for the Obama-Biden Administration.

7. I did too - I got my application link back yesterday.
You never know... It can't hurt to try, right? They have all kinds of low-level positions to fill too. I'd have to commute farther, but I'd do it in a heartbeat.

8. I live in Texas, and Mr. DTBK is okay with this if I were lucky enough to get a job there
We were apart for 9 months when I finished law school in Pittsburgh and he had to move to Dallas to start a new job.

I really don't expect anything - but you're right - doesn't hurt to try! :hi:

9. I applied.
I got the link to complete my application yesterday, filled it in and uploaded my resume. I'm sure that, as the OP said, it's an exercise in futility, but it was worth a shot.

10. I'm a graphic artist, and applied
but I am not holding my breath.
