Rove and Ridge are cooking something up to change the subject of the AWOL documents, desparately trying to position a terror scare amidst the 9/11 observations (too obvious) and Hurricane Ivan (too convenient).

8. Actually, I expect no advance warning on this attack.
I think there is a fairly high probability that there will be an attack, and that there will be no alert.

Why? Because they have gamed the terrah stuff last week so far, that they percieve it to be a negative right now. So unless Osama gives them the exact time and location, there will be no warning.
