I'd have to assume that there is a weekly plan, geared toward the news cycle, building momentum and dominating the news, with each new attack coming on just as the last one is starting to fade.

If Kerry goes on the attack, he'll only get tarred as a vicious rumor-mongering by the right-wing press. We're getting the message out on this one.

Bush must address why he just sat still for eight minutes. Senator Kerry should pursue this question. Is someone who sits while the country is attacked "fit for command"?
