1. What drama has Hillary caused over the last 7+ years in the Senate? These Hillary threads are insane
and tiresome. Holy crap, even I'm tired of seeing her name on GD: P. It also gives me no comfort that her name has replaced Sarah Palin's name as the pinata of the week.
7. No, she wouldn't. She has publicly stated that she'll be working WITH the Obama
administration. I take her at her word and her word is gold in my book. She said she'd campaign her heart out for Obama and that's just what she did. So if she says she'll work WITH Obama to implement his agenda I absolutely believe her.
12. So? Though I doubt irt. She would only battle on healthcare if she
stayed in the Senate. Healthcare is a domestic issue and not the purview if the SOS. And someone has to fight for healthcare. I have no problem with anyone fighting for healthcare.And if Prez Obama needs to have his feet held to the fire to get us healthcare, go for it. Elizabeth Edwards is already out there slugging away and bless her and all who fight for healthcare.
The reason she hasn't created much drama in the Senate the past few years is because the Senate works on a seniority system and she is near the bottom of the food chain. I think that's a big reason she wants the SoS job: to bypass the senority system and get back into a spotlight job immediately where she and Bill are the center of attention again. They just can't seem to get enough attention.
