Why is it that there are hardly and Kerry/Edwards

bumper sticker in the Bay Area, a liberal bastion.? I've just seen only a handful.

No Bush/Chaney at all. This has me scratching my head.

1. There are a lot of Kerry/Edwards bumperstickers here in NC.
And yard signs too!

2. There are many here in Louisville, Ky. too, but we are supposedly
going for Bush. If yard signs and bumper stickers are an indication, Kerry will win Louisville big.

3. I've seen 3 w04 stickers in the east bay conservative leaning suburbs
Edited on Sat Sep-11-04 04:09 PM by proud patriot
of the Bay Area in the last year. and many Kerry
bumper stickers .

I have family in a very rich republican area
of the east bay and have yet to see any yard or
window signs for bush.

However the one time my car has been defaced
was when it was parked in front of a family
members house . "BOMB IRAN" was written in red dripping
window chalk on my back window. I was able to wash it off .

I think people don't like putting stuff on their cars
personally . they also think bumper stickers on may
invite trouble . I know many Kerry supporters who
would never put stuff in their yard or on their cars .

4. Have seen a good number of them in the L.A. area...
Even down in Orange County, which is historically extreme-freeper, but is changing over time.

For every *-Cheney sticker I see, I spot at least 10 Kerry-Edwards stickers.

8. I see plenty of K/E stickers around the Chesapeake
so you must mean that 'other' Bay area. :P

We're probably as much a liberal bastion as you are so the absence of a real contest doesn't explain. Maybe it's an east coast thing for us--we want to get our opinions in the other guy's face.
