Here is a much better question:

Has the Democrat leadership directed Obama to name the cabinet Hillary Clinton wants, expecting him to be disqualified, and she to be selected by the electoral college, so that she gets everyone she wants, but can say she is adopting Obama�s cabinet.

The Democrat leadership insisted that LBJ keep the entire JFK cabinet, even though they bitterly hated each other.

6. Well you see, Joe Biden resigns. Then Hillary gets appointed VP .

Obama resigns and Hillary becomes Pres. Then Joe Biden gets appointed VP. All this happens in the space of about 15 minutes on the floor of the U.S. House in a joint session of the House and Senate so that the necessary votes can be taken quickly.
