BREAKING: Phillip J. Berg filed a lawsuit in the aftermath of the 1993 World Series...
...insisting that the Championship title be given to his hometown team, the Philadelphia Phillies, who lost 2 games to 4.

Berg v. Blue Jays, filed while Joe Carter's walk-off home run was still airborne, claimed that Toronto had been ineligible to represent the American League in the Series because they "are Canadian, and thus are not technically from America."

:P

3. He needs to look at an atlas, in this case. Canada is technically part of America!

4. And the "gutless SCOTUS" refused to hear it
thereby relinquishing the rule of law to be administered via mob rule making us all oppressed slaves to the authoritarian state...., or whatever else the freeper minds imagine is happening.
