I hope thousands of people attending the Inaugural turn their backs to Warren
when he takes the podium at the Inaugural. Silent, effective protest. Blow the minds of the media
covering the event. Send a message to Obama that those who supported him, worked their butts off for him,
don't have to listen to that bigot pretend to be a Christian.

Enough!

15. Bart Simpson told his fellow school chums to turn their desks around in protest.
Apart from Bart, guess how many turned their desks?

Believe me, it will not be noticed because it will not be happening.

5. Fuck that. let's throw shoes at the asshole.
The media seems to like that gesture - let's capitalize on its current popularity as a political statement.

Remember to bring some big freakin' moonboots with ya if you're going to DC....

13. Maybe we can get in touch with a company that makes giant slingshots, a la
Wiley Coyote's beloved ACME corporation. Then we can ensure that all of us at the back of the crowd get a clear shot at Warren.

7. I think this is a good idea. Who cares about the lying media?
Thousands turning their backs will be noticed, and talked about later, by tens of thousands. People can just say, "I refuse to pray with a blaspheming bigot."

14. It will not be enough to just turn around...
Edited on Wed Dec-17-08 10:36 PM by vmaus
the visual impact of thousands of citizens turning around while adding the audio content of thousands of voices booing as the "preacher" speaks would be a complete media package and give a powerful rebuke.
